Do you have a minimum order?

For regular items you can start small, especially while you are still testing the quality. The minimum applies to custom printed tape and to some machine grade items, because those need a production run. It's stated in your quotation.

Do you ship to the provinces?

Yes. We deliver across Luzon regularly, and we have cargo partners going to Visayas and Mindanao. The estimated shipping cost is included in the quotation so there are no surprises.

Can we have our logo printed on the tape?

Absolutely. We just need your artwork, the number of colours, the tape size and the quantity. From there we give you the price and the estimated production time.

Why are there no prices on this site?

Because pricing moves with quantity, size and where it ships — no single number is right for everyone. This is also not an online shop; it's an introduction to the products. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with the price and a shipping estimate. It's free and quick to get.

What are the requirements to become a dealer?

The dealership program opens this August. The final packages and requirements are still being completed. Send a dealership inquiry now so you're among the first we talk to when it opens.

Do you have a physical store?

We have a warehouse you can visit for pick-up and to see the products. Message us first so we can make sure someone is there to assist you.

How fast do you reply?

A team handles inquiries during business hours. If you message at night or early morning, you're first in line when the office opens.
